Earthcom, Inc., a leader in wireless communication is looking for experienced and beginner Tower Technicians.
Based out of the Lansing, Michigan area Earthcom is seeking Tower Technicians to assist with the maintenance and or construction of cell towers in the Oklahoma market.
• Must be willing and able to climb towers/structures and perform work at heights in excess of 200 feet with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Frequent travel out of town required.
• Previous construction experience and or good mechanical aptitude preferred.
This is not a job, this is a career with opportunities that will reach beyond climbing and working on towers. 
Technicians with experience, starting pay will be based on level of experience.
Must possess valid driver’s license (chauffer or CDL license plus DOT medical card) and have acceptable driving history. Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Immediate openings available for Underground Cable Installers/Laborers. Lansing based company is seeking experienced individuals for Underground Telecommunications Construction (“OSP”) projects throughout Michigan and the mid-West region:
• Must be willing and able to perform various basic manual labor tasks while working outdoors. Previous construction, civil construction and equipment operation experience a plus.
• Must be willing and able to travel out of town overnight.
Must possess valid drivers’ license (CDL with air brake endorsement a plus) and have acceptable driving record. Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

We are currently seeking an Outside  Plant Department Manager meeting the following criteria:

• Firm understanding of OSP construction processes from start to finish  (i.e. aerial, underground and  fiber splicing). Must have a minimum of 5 years  Foreman/Supervisor experience managing multiple crews;
• 3+ years  providing job-site planning and resourcing to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner that adhere to the necessary quality specifications;
• Firm understanding of underground and aerial fiber optic networks;
•  Must have an advanced level of outside plant design including detailed  knowledge of OSP running line, conduit and cable design for fiber, manholes, hand-holes, Make-Ready Engineering and poles (aerial and underground);
• Firm understanding of preparing bids and performing general financial analysis of projects;
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with current and potential new customers;
• Must be able to clearly communicate and lead all levels of personnel;
• Willingness and ability to perform other duties as assigned.

Pay commensurate with experience. This position will be located in Earthcom’s Williamston, MI headquarters.

• Frequent travel out of town required.
• Previous tower and construction experience and good mechanical aptitude required.

• Previous industry recognized tower climbing  certifications a plus;
• Computer literacy highly desirable.
• Ability for quick pay increases and potential for bonuses.
